Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective from: 2026-09-09 · Version: 1

1. Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from purchase to cancel and get your money back, subject to what follows. We offer this in every country we sell in, as our own policy.

How to cancel: use the cancellation option in your account, or contact us at [email protected].

We will confirm your cancellation by email.

2. What you agree to at checkout

Tokens are usable immediately. To give you that immediate access, we ask you at checkout to confirm two things:

1. that you want to start using the Service straight away, within the cancellation period; and
2. that you understand you will not get a refund for tokens you have already spent.

3. What you get back

Within the cancellation period we refund the price you paid for the tokens you have not spent. We treat your oldest purchase as used first when working out what remains.

If you have spent some, we deduct a proportionate amount for what you used, calculated on the total price you paid. If you have spent none, you get everything back.

Bonus tokens are not refunded for money — they were not paid for. Bonus tokens still held are cancelled; bonus tokens already released are removed in proportion to the refund, as far as your balance allows.

4. Free and promotional tokens

Free and promotional tokens have no cash value and are never refundable.

5. Tokens returned when something goes wrong

If a generation fails, we return the tokens automatically. This is not a cancellation and does not affect your right to cancel.

6. After the cancellation period

We are not obliged to give a change-of-mind refund once 14 days have passed, though we may choose to. Where we do, we remove the corresponding tokens, including a proportionate share of any bonus.

This section is about changing your mind. It does not limit your rights where something is wrong with the Service — if what we supplied is faulty or not as described, your statutory remedies apply regardless of how long ago you bought, and Terms §7 explains what we will do.

7. If you delete your account

See Terms §11. In short: closing your account keeps your balance; deleting it forfeits the balance unless a purchase is still within its cancellation period.

8. How long refunds take

We refund to your original payment method, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of being told you wish to cancel. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Where a purchase is too old for our payment provider to reverse it, we will contact you to arrange payment another way. Your tokens are held from the moment you request the refund, so please tell us if you change your mind before we complete it.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. See Terms §13.
